Minority Report definition

Minority Report means the software product known as Minority Report (Playstation 2, Microsoft X-Box and Nintendo GameCube versions) developed pursuant to the terms of the Minority Report Agreement.

Minority Report means a record of a member’s view or opposition related to a certain recommendation at the Committee of the Whole Standing Committee, Special Committee or a Subcommittee, which is included in the subsequent Committee report to the Board. Minority Report is a way to present an alternate recommendation or record of a member’s view at Committee for the Board’s information;

Examples of Minority Report in a sentence

  • Any team member may prepare a minority report, using the approved Minority Report form, and submit it to the supervising administrator on the team to be included in the faculty member’s evaluation file.

  • The Minority Report is due no later than five (5) working days after the Final Report ratings are determined.

  • If there is no majority, then each observer will submit a Minority Report, and the appropriate vice president (see section 14B.19) will determine the final rating.

  • The evaluee may submit a written response to any Observation Report, Minority Report, or Final Report to the supervising administrator on the team, within ten (10) working days from the date the faculty member met or conferred with an evaluation team member(s) to discuss the reports.

  • If there is no majority, then each observer will submit a Minority Report, and the appropriate vice president (see section 14A.19) will determine the final rating.

  • An intent to file a Minority Report either must be announced at the IMC meeting at which the vote istaken or must be forwarded to the IMC chairperson within three (3) days of that meeting.

  • The committee shall forward recommendations that are approved by the majority, to the Board of Education, through the Superintendent, along with a Minority Report, if one exists.

  • If there is no agreement on any of the final ratings, one (1) or more members may write a Minority Report.

  • Week 14: No later than the end of Week 14 of the evaluation semester: If any team member writes a Minority Report, it is due no later than five (5) working days after ratings have been determined on the Final Report.

  • Minority Report and Appeals ▪ A minority report will be prepared if there are significant issues that cannot be resolved within the SDT during the drafting phase (Step 3) or from the public comments (Step 4).
