Minor User definition

Minor User means an industrial or non-residential user of the District’s wastewater disposal system whose sewer service charge is calculated on a volume basis and/or wastewater discharge monitoring is conducted to verify compliance with the Ordinance and permit conditions.

Examples of Minor User in a sentence

  • The Parent/Guardian agrees that the Minor User’s participation in Makerspace Activities involves risks of accidents and serious personal injury and illness, paralysis, permanent disability, and even possibly death, of the Minor User.

  • While PPLD will strive to supervise Makerspace areas, not all activities of Minor User or other users can be supervised at all times.

  • Minor User may work alone or share Makerspace work space, tools and equipment with other users and IRCLS staff.

  • Customer further acknowledges, and Company agrees to provide, Customer an opportunity to review the Minor User Data, and to request that such data be deleted and/or no longer collected or used (which may impact the availability of the Services).

  • Customer expressly consents to the collection, use and disclosure of Minor User Data as set forth in the Privacy Policy as applicable to those Services requested by Company.

  • The parent or legal guardian of the Minor User shall give their consent by providing the details set out in the “Parental Consent Form”.
