minor road means a road -
minor road. ’ means a road which has been classified as a minor road in terms of section 5(2)(a) or 9(1), or is regarded as a minor road in terms of section 9(6); ‘‘motor cattle-grid’’ means a thoroughfare located across a roadway and which allows only vehicular traffic to pass by means of a ribbed platform;
