Minor construction definition

Minor construction means additions of real property improvements, the real market value of which does not exceed $10,000 in any assessment year or $25,000 for cumulative additions made over five assessment years.

  • Construction and demolition waste means the waste building materials, packaging, and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, and demolition operations on pavements, houses, commercial buildings and other structures.

With respect to a change in method of operation, this term refers to those on-site activities, other than preparatory activities, which mark the initiation of the change.
