Minor breakdown definition

Minor breakdown means an unforeseeable mechanical or electrical failure of CNG dispensing equipment which can in the exercise of reasonable diligence be repaired in 72 hours or less.
Minor breakdown means a breakdown (such as due to the operation of a fuse or tripping of a circuit breaker resulting from an overload supply of electricity) which results in the interruption of electricity supply that can be quickly restored.

  • Breakdown /“breaks down”/“broken down” means an event during the policy period, that stops the vehicle from being driven because of a mechanical or electrical failure including as a result of battery failure, running out of fuel, flat tyres, but not as a result of a mis-fuel, road traffic collision, fire, flood, theft, acts of vandalism, any driver induced fault, or any key related issue other than keys locked in your vehicle;

  • Areas susceptible to mass movement means those areas of influence, characterized as having an active or substantial possibility of mass movement, where the movement of earth material at, beneath, or adjacent to the landfill unit, because of natural or human-induced events, results in the downslope transport of soil and rock material by means of gravitational influence.   • Working voltage means the highest value of an electrical circuit voltage root-mean-square (rms), specified by the manufacturer, which may occur between any conductive parts in open circuit conditions or under normal operating conditions. If the electrical circuit is divided by galvanic isolation, the working voltage is defined for each divided circuit, respectively.

  • Degradation means a decrease in the useful life of the right-of-way caused by excavation in or disturbance of the right-of-way, resulting in the need to reconstruct such right-of-way earlier than would be required if the excavation or disturbance did not occur.

  • Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by PJM or the NYISO, as described in Section 35.9 of this Agreement.

  • Locality in which the work is performed means the county in which the public work is done.

  • Planned Downtime means any period of time during which the Service is unavailable due to Conga’s planned maintenance and support of the Service or Conga System. Planned Downtime shall not exceed 5 hours per month. Conga will endeavor to give at least 24 hours’ notice before Planned Downtime except for urgent circumstances (e.g., a system failure or security threat). Planned Downtime occurs from 10:00 p.m. Friday through 1:00 p.m. Sunday, Mountain Time.

  • Persistent Failure means any two (2) or more failures by the Supplier in any rolling period of twelve (12) months to comply with obligations in respect of the Contract Services under the Contract;

  • Interruption of irradiation means the stopping of irradiation with the possibility of continuing irradiation without resetting of operating conditions at the control panel.
