Minor action definition
Minor action means a department action that is not subject to s. 1.11 (2) (c), Stats., because it is not in conflict with state or federal environmental policies and is not likely to do any of the following:
Minor action means a department action that is not in conflict with local, state or federal environmental policies and is not likely to do any of the following: set precedent for reducing or limiting environmental protection; result in deleterious effects over large geographic areas; result in long-term deleterious effects that are prohibitively difficult or expensive to reverse; result in deleterious effects on especially important, critical or sensitive environmental resources; involve broad public controversy; or result in substantial risk to human life, health or safety.
