Ministerial Project definition
Ministerial Project means a governmental decision involving little or no personal judgment by the City (e.g., issuance of a building permit). The City merely applies the law to the facts as presented but uses no special discretion or judgment in reaching a decision.

The Recipient shall establish within three (3) months of the Effective Date, and thereafter maintain throughout the implementation of the Project, a Ministerial Project Steering Committee (PSC) for each of MoDMR, MoPME, MoSW, HSD, MEFWD and MoWCA, each with the composition, mandate, functions, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association.
