For the avoidance of doubt, if the U.S. Television Network fails to exhibit all licensed episodes of the Miniseries in the United States in accordance with Section 2.5 above, CPT shall have no obligation to pay to Licensor the Minimum Guarantee.
One (1) copy of the final screenplay and shooting script used in connection with the production of the Miniseries.
The Miniseries shall not include any so-called “product placements” or “product integration” nor shall it depict or show any product, commodity or service in a manner that constitutes an express or implied endorsement or advertisement thereof.
