Mining Usufruct Area definition

Mining Usufruct Area means the Block or Blocks described in Schedule "A" excluding any portion thereof which is subject to third party mining usufruct regarding Oil and Gas, as more specifically described in Schedule B, and excluding any portion thereof in respect of which the Partnership's rights hereunder are from time to time relinquished or surrendered by the Partnership.
Mining Usufruct Area means the Block described in Schedule "A" excluding any portion thereof in respect of which the Partnership's rights hereunder are from time to time relinquished or surrendered by thc Partnership.

Examples of Mining Usufruct Area in a sentence

  • The Minister acting on behalf of the Treasury, as the sole owner of the Mineral Deposits, hereby establishes in favor of the Partnership a mining usufruct in the Mining Usufruct Area regarding the Prospecting for, Exploration and Exploitation of Natural Gas and Oil.

  • The Mining Usufruct Area shall include all of the lands within Blocks 255, 275, 295, 296, 316, 336, 337 and 338.

  • Article 1 Concession Authority hereby establishes in favor of the Contractor an exclusive mining usufruct for the exploration and exploitation of CBM in the Mining Usufruct Area as defined in Appendix 1 to this agreement.

  • The Mining Usufruct Area shall include the following Blocks: Block 319 E 23.
