Mining Licences definition

Mining Licences means the following mining licences granted by the Minister of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development to the Operator in respect of the Project:

Mining Licences means all licences, consents, permits, authorisations, rights and approvals under the Mining Laws for the Mining operations conducted, or to be conducted, by members of the Borrower Group.
