mining land definition

mining land means any land in respect of which a mining lease or certificate granted or issued under any written law relating to mining is for the time being in force;
mining land means land comprised in a mining lease or mining certificate;
mining land means any land in respect of which a mining lease or proprietary mining licence is for the time being in force;

Related to mining land

  • Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital XVII of this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in Part A of First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

  • Leased Land means land which is the subject of a lease granted under section 60 or 93G;

  • Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.
