Mining Infrastructure definition

Mining Infrastructure means the totality of the infrastructure belonging to Foundation Customer wherever located to meet the Project needs in the context of the Mining Activities. For these purposes, Mining Infrastructure denotes all mining, power, communications, transport, underground infrastructure, road and social facilities and installations and includes the following:

  • Environmental Infrastructure System means the Environmental Infrastructure Facilities of the Borrower, including the Project, for which the Borrower is receiving the Loan.

  • Plant means the machinery and apparatus intended to form or forming part of the Works.

  • Power Project or “Project” shall mean the solar power generation facility having separate points of injection into the grid at Inter-connection/Delivery/Metering Point or in case of sharing of transmission lines by separate injection at Pooling Point and having a separate boundary, control systems and metering. This includes all units and auxiliaries such as water supply, treatment or storage facilities, bay(s) for transmission system in the switchyard, dedicated transmission line up to the Delivery Point and all the other assets, buildings/structures, equipment, plant and machinery, facilities and related assets required for the efficient and economic operation of the power generation facility, whether completed or at any stage of development and construction or intended to be developed and constructed for the purpose of supply of power to SECI;

  • Project means specific activities of the Grantee that are supported by funds provided under this Contract.

  • Power Plant means a facility for the generation of electricity that is permitted as a single plant by a jurisdiction inside or outside the state.

  • drilling means the act of boring a hole to reach a proposed bottom hole location through which oil or gas may be produced if encountered in paying quantities, and includes redrilling, sidetracking, deepening, or other means necessary to reach the proposed bottom hole location, testing, logging, plugging, and other operations necessary and incidental to the actual boring of the hole;

  • foreshore in relation to a port means the area between the high water mark and the low water mark relating to that port;

  • Projects means any and all parcels of real property owned by the Borrower or with respect to which the Borrower owns an interest (whether directly or indirectly) on which are located improvements with a gross leasable area in excess of 50,000 sq. ft. or with respect to which construction and development of such improvements are under development.
