Mining Customer definition
Mining Customer means an Eligible Customer whose request referred to in section 2.1(a)(i) has been accepted and to whom this Supplement applies;

Except as permitted in clause 3.9 [Text and Data Mining], Customer, Members, and Authorized Users shall not systematically make print or electronic copies of multiple extracts of the Publications, or use robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated downloading programs, algorithms or devices to continuously and automatically or otherwise systematically search, scrape, extract, deep-link, index, or disrupt the use of the Publications for any purpose.
