Mining Charge definition

Mining Charge means an amount of 80% (eighty percent) of the Mining Charge as calculated in accordance with sub-clauses (i) and (ii) above.
Mining Charge means the rate payable by NALCO for excavation, processing and delivery of Bauxite (including excavation of OB and waste and also including all other activities in the scope of work of the MDO, as given in Annexure 11 hereof);
Mining Charge shall have the meaning set forth in clause 1.34.

  • The Authority shall pay to the Contractor only the Mining Charge per Tonne of coal Delivered by the Contractor at the Delivery Point(s) in accordance with the provisions of this Contract (the "Mining Charge").

  • Mining Charge shall be adjusted quarterly for increase and decrease in rate and prices of items mentioned hereunder in accordance with the following principles and proceedings as per formula given in this clause.
