Minimum Usage Charge definition

Minimum Usage Charge occurs when Customer does not purchase an amount of LP Gas equal to or exceeding Customer’s minimum usage requirement.

  • Customer agrees to pay the Company, when applicable, a Minimum Usage Charge and an Underfill Charge.

  • A billing cycle may be less than 30 days but the Minimum Usage Charge (if one is shown on your EFL) will not be prorated if assessed.

  • In the event Customer fails to obtain the required Minimum Monthly Usage for the circuits comprising each Service Interconnection, WorldCom will charge and Customer will pay the difference between the number of DS-1s times the Minimum Monthly Usage (i.e., $1,500) and Customer's total Switched Services measured usage charges for the circuit(s) comprising the Service Interconnection in question ("Minimum Usage Charge").

  • On a quarterly basis throughout the Term of this Agreement, for each month that Company does not meet the Minimum Usage Commitment, Teleglobe shall invoice Company a "Minimum Usage Charge" equivalent to US$ 0.12 per minute for each minute of Services traffic below the Minimum Usage Commitment.

  • You will also be billed the Minimum Usage Charge (if applicable per your EFL) for any usage less than the threshold set forth on your EFL in any given billing cycle.
