Minimum Turndown means the minimum Flow of gas a Plant is required to process in order to maintain continuous operations.

No Partner may include in its demand forecast for any month a production level that would cause the PO-11 Facilities to operate at less than the Minimum Turndown Operating Rate, assuming the other Partner is utilising all of its production capacity.
