Minimum Supply Requirement definition

Minimum Supply Requirement means, until otherwise determined by the Board, the supply to the Company of livestock that is accepted by the Company, numbering not less than 400 Production Equivalents in each of the two years ending on such date or dates as are determined from time to time by the Board in accordance with or for the purposes of the terms of issue of any Shares.
