Minimum Spaces definition

Minimum Spaces means 1,000 parking spaces within the Car Park for the exclusive use by the Tenant and other occupiers of and visitors to the Demised Premises save: (i) during the Match Day Restricted Hours when the Minimum Spaces shall be the 100 parking spaces within that part of the Car Park shown hatched green on the Site Plan (all such spaces to be marked as for the exclusive use by the Tenant and other occupiers of and visitors to the Demised Premises); and (ii) during Major Event Restricted Hours when the Minimum Spaces shall be the said 100 parking spaces within that part of the Car Park shown hatched green on the Site Plan and 400 parking spaces as close as reasonably practicable to the Demised Premises (all such spaces to be for the exclusive use by the Tenant and other occupiers of and visitors to the Demised Premises)

  • Tenant must enter into the parking contracts for the Minimum Spaces with Landlord or, if applicable, any parking facility operator (in either event, the “Operator”) on or before the Commencement Date.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord shall not exercise any of the foregoing rights in a manner which would (i) reduce the total number of parking spaces available to Tenant on a non-exclusive basis to a number less than the Minimum Spaces or (ii) result in Tenant being treated any less favorably than any other tenant of the Project vis-à-vis the location of parking spaces within the Parking Facility and the allocation of parking spaces between the uncovered surface lot and the Covered Parking Area.
