Minimum Settlement Amount definition

Minimum Settlement Amount is defined in Paragraph 24.5.
Minimum Settlement Amount means eleven million one hundred thirty seven thousand five hundred Canadian dollars ($11,137,500).
Minimum Settlement Amount means the minimum total payment of ten million dollars ($10,000,000.00) that Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx agrees to pay to satisfy valid Claims and Litigation Costs and Expenses.
