Minimum Security Cover definition

Minimum Security Cover means a Security Cover of 1.10 (One Decimal Point One Zero) times; (nn) “Nominee Director” shall have the meaning assigned in Clause 31 (Nominee);
Minimum Security Cover means a Security Cover of at least time of the total amount borrowed along with the Coupon thereon and other costs, charges, all fees, remuneration of Debenture Trustee and expenses payable in respect thereof;
Minimum Security Cover means the Security Cover Ratio of 1 (one) time or such other ratio that is to be maintained in respect of the Debentures 1 outstanding under any Tranche / Series, as may be mutually agreed to in writing by the Company and the Debenture Holders of or pertaining to that relevant Tranche/Series of the Debentures 1.

Examples of Minimum Security Cover in a sentence

  • The Release Request Letter shall be accompanied by a certificate from the independent chartered accountant of the Company confirming to the Debenture Trustee in writing the amount of Released Assets and that the Asset Cover Ratio shall be maintained at or above the Minimum Security Cover post such excess release.

  • Evidence that sufficient collateral has been provided in respect of the Utilisation requested, in accordance with Clause 22.4 (Minimum Security Cover).

  • Minimum L/C Collateral Amount means, at any time, in connection with any Letter of Credit, (i) with respect to Cash Collateral consisting of cash or deposit account balances, an amount equal to 102% of the Revolving L/C Exposure with respect to such Letter of Credit at such time and (ii) otherwise, an amount sufficient to provide credit support with respect to such Revolving L/C Exposure as determined by the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Banks in their sole discretion.

  • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Minimum Tranche Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).

  • Minimum Collateral Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to Cash Collateral consisting of cash or deposit account balances, an amount equal to 105% of the Fronting Exposure of the Issuing Lender with respect to Letters of Credit issued and outstanding at such time and (b) otherwise, an amount determined by the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Lender in their sole discretion.

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.
