Minimum Run definition

Minimum Run means a minimum of three hundred eighty five thousand (385,000) Cases per individual production run requested by Packer via a Purchase Order unless Packer decides, in its sole discretion, to request or run a lesser quantity.
Minimum Run means the minimum number of Batches per Campaign for manufacturing and packaging services, as set out in Schedule C.

Examples of Minimum Run in a sentence

  • If Owner has disputed a Dispatch Notice under Section 4.6 (i) (Minimum Load) (ii) (Minimum Run Time) (iii) (Minimum Off Time) (iv) (Start-up Lead Time and Ramping constraint), or (v) (Unit Availability Limit) and such dispute is not resolved prior to the time for delivery, Owner will use reasonable efforts to comply with the Dispatch Notice, but shall not be liable to CAISO if it is unable to do so and Owner prevails in the dispute.

  • If Owner has disputed a Dispatch Notice under Section 4.6 (i) (Minimum Load) (ii) (Minimum Run Time) (iii) (Minimum Off Time) (iv) (Start-up Lead Time and Ramping Constraint), or (v) (Unit Availability Limit) and such dispute is not resolved prior to the time for delivery, Owner will use reasonable efforts to comply with the Dispatch Notice, but shall not be liable to CAISO if it is unable to do so and Owner prevails in the dispute.

  • Provider Contracted Response Time The flexibility service required activation within [XXXX] minutes DSO Contracted Service Minimum Run Time [XXXX] minutes duration, being the minimum time between the Requested Start Time and Requested End Time, within the Service Window.

  • Client may only order Manufacturing Services for batches of Products in multiples of the Minimum Run Quantities as set out in Schedule B.

  • The Client acknowledges that the Fees in any Contract Year are quoted based upon the Minimum Run Quantity and estimated annual volume for the Drug Product specified in Schedule B or thereafter specified in the forecast provided pursuant to Section 4.2(b) for the Contract Year and is subject to change if the specified Minimum Run Quantity and estimated annual volume is not met.

  • The Client may only order Drug Product in multiples of the Minimum Run Quantities set out in Schedule B.

  • For greater certainty, if Patheon and the Client agree that the Minimum Run Quantity of the Drug Product shall be reduced whether as a result of a decrease in estimated annual volume or otherwise and, as a result of such reduction, Patheon’s Fees materially increase on a per unit basis, then subject to the limitation set forth in 4.2(a) above Patheon shall be entitled to an increase in the Fees by an amount sufficient to absorb such increase.

  • Seller shall provide reasonable notice to Buyer when Buyer fails to schedule a sufficient amount of energy to satisfy the Minimum Run Requirement.

  • If Owner has disputed a Dispatch Notice under Section 4.6 (i) (Minimum Load) (ii) (Minimum Run Time) (iii) (Minimum Off Time) (iv) (Start-up Lead Time and Ramping Constraint), or (v) (Unit Availability Limit) and such dispute is not resolved prior to the time for delivery, Owner will use reasonable efforts to comply with the Dispatch Notice, but shall not be liable to ISO if it is unable to do so and Owner prevails in the dispute.

  • Santarus shall submit Firm Purchase Orders on a monthly basis and acknowledges that quantities of Finished Product ordered in any single Firm Purchase Order will not be less than the Minimum Run Quantity.
