Minimum Residual Valuation definition
Minimum Residual Valuation means, as of any date of determination, (i) an aggregate Residual Valuation of $150,000,000, and (ii) with respect to the Pledged Residual Interests, a Residual Valuation of 130% of the Funding Exposure Amount (calculated without regard to the proviso contained in the definition thereof).
