Minimum Required Insurance Reserve Amount. As defined in Section 2(c)(iii). (hhhh) “Minimum Required Interest Reserve Amount”: As defined in Section 2(c)(i). (iiii) “Minimum Required Property Maintenance Reserve Amount”: As of the Closing Date, the Designated Per-Unit Maintenance Amount multiplied by the number of Units within the Property.
