Minimum Rental Term definition

Minimum Rental Term means the minimum term of this Agreement specified in the Application Form or Specific Terms;
Minimum Rental Term means the minimum rental term (if any) described in the Schedule.

Examples of Minimum Rental Term in a sentence

  • After expiration of the Minimum Rental Term, this Agreement could renew itself for a Month-to-Month term of the original Rental Agreement, with a 20% increase in monthly rent at the Landlord’s discretion.

  • You shall (i) only use the Terminals and associated Equipment supplied to you for the purposes set out in the Agreement, (ii) pay the monthly Rental for the Minimum Rental Term (where applicable), and (iii) return to us on request the Terminals and Equipment.

  • Where no Minimum Rental Term is specified for a Vehicle, Company may at any time off hire the Vehicle provided that it provides ERAC at least 5 Working Days' notice.

  • Where a Minimum Rental Term is specified for a Vehicle, Company may only off hire a Vehicle if it pays the specified early termination charge, or, if none is specified, all Rates for the remainder of the original Minimum Rental Term.

  • We shall supply, or cause to be supplied, to you Terminals and associated Equipment pursuant to the Agreement at an agreed monthly Rental amount per terminal, commencing on the first day of the month following installation and continuing thereafter for a minimum of thirty six (36) months ( Minimum Rental Term) or until the Agreement is terminated by either party.

  • We shall supply, or cause to be supplied, to you Terminals and associated Equipment pursuant to the Agreement at an agreed monthly Rental amount per terminal, commencing on the first day of the month following installation and continuing thereafter for a minimum of thirty six (36) months (Minimum Rental Term) or until the Agreement is terminated by either party.

  • The term of the rental of the Equipment will start (the “Start Date”) on the date that you sign and deliver the acceptance certificate referred to below in this Section and will continue for the number of months shown as the Minimum Rental Term following the last day of the month in which the Start Date occurs (the “Minimum Term”), unless terminated earlier by you or us in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • If emergency pickup is required before this period is up, or if the Hirer has not met the Minimum Rental Term period, the Hirer shall be required to pay Xxxxxx.Xxxxxx an additional transport fee of $300 to cover the anticipated emergency transport costs.

  • From 1st July 2015, the Union also started to participate in the government NEST (National Employment Savings Trust) scheme.

  • If for whatever reason the Agreement is terminated within the Minimum Rental Term, You shall return the Rental Equipment to the Service Provider at your own cost to arrive at the Service Provider within 14 calendar days of Termination, failing which you shall be charged the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for new Rental Equipment or for similar new equipment plus a £50 administration charge.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Base Rent $ 25,024 per month ("Base Rent"), payable on the 1st day of each month commencing on the Commencement Date (Also see Paragraph 4.) [ ] If this box is checked, this Lease provides for the Base Rent to be adjusted per Addendum ___, attached hereto.

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Lease Year means each consecutive twelve-month period beginning with the Commencement Date, except that if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the first Lease Year shall be the period from the Commencement Date through the final day of the twelve months after the first day of the following month, and each subsequent Lease Year shall be the twelve months following the prior Lease Year.

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.

  • Excess Rent means the excess of (a) all consideration received by Tenant from a Transfer over (b) Rent payable under this Lease after deducting reasonable tenant improvements paid for by Tenant, reasonable attorneys’ fees and any other reasonable out-of-pocket costs paid by Tenant as a result of the Transfer (but specifically excluding any Rent paid to Landlord while the Premises is vacant).

  • Rental Period means the calendar period during which Government property is made available for nongovernmental purposes.

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
