Minimum Projects definition
Minimum Projects means a total of at least one (1) or two (2) projects a year during the Research Period, to be determined by the Company and the Researcher in the Research Program.
Examples of Minimum Projects in a sentence
Should the Researcher be unable to complete the Minimum Projects in a certain year during the Research Period, for any reason, Yissum shall notify the Company of the identity of a suitable replacement researcher.
