Minimum Processing Fees definition

Minimum Processing Fees means the minimum fees that may be owed by RCSI to First Data as calculated in accordance with Schedule C, Section 17.
Minimum Processing Fees is defined in Section 3.4 of this Agreement.

Examples of Minimum Processing Fees in a sentence

  • In each Processing Year after Processing Year 1 of the Original Term and in the Renewal Term, Customer shall pay FDR for processing services sufficient to generate aggregate Processing Fees at least equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Processing Fees paid during the immediately preceding Processing Year and (ii) $4,000,000 (the "Minimum Processing Fees").

  • For the avoidance of doubt and based on economic assumptions material to each party underlying this transaction, Customer and IPS expressly agree that Customer shall pay IPS Processing Fees each month in an amount at least equal to the Minimum Processing Fees until this Agreement is terminated by Customer solely pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02 or until IPS terminates this Agreement and invokes compensatory payments pursuant to Section 10.04.

Related to Minimum Processing Fees

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.) No payment pursuant to this Schedule is payable to a dealer, bank or other service provider for the first year with respect to sales of $1 million or more, at no load, in cases where A I M Distributors, Inc. has advanced the service fee to the dealer, bank or other service provider.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Minimum Disbursement Amount means Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000).

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.
