Minimum Price Threshold definition

Minimum Price Threshold means $3.50 per Ordinary Share in the Company, as adjusted for any share splits, reverse share splits, reclassifications, recapitalizations, or similar transactions.
Minimum Price Threshold means the minimum price threshold for a Purchase or an Intraday Purchase specified by the Company in a Purchase Notice or an Intraday Purchase Notice, or if the Company does not specify a minimum price threshold in such Purchase Notice or Intraday Purchase Notice, a price equal to 90.0% of the closing sale price of the common stock on the trading day immediately prior to the applicable Purchase Date for such Purchase or Intraday Purchase.
Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular Purchase Notice, a sale price of the Common Stock on the Principal Market that is equal to the greater of (i) 100% of the Closing Sale Price on the Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the Purchase Notice.
