Minimum Premiums definition

Minimum Premiums has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b) hereof.
Minimum Premiums. The minimum premium is $300 for nonqualified plans and $10 for qualified plans. Premiums may be paid at any time without prior notice to us.

Examples of Minimum Premiums in a sentence

  • The Company will compare (a) to (b), where: (a) equals the total of the Monthly Minimum Premiums for the Policy from the Policy Date to that policy month; and (b) equals the total premiums paid to date less all partial surrenders and any Policy Loan Balance at that time.

  • The test will compare (a) to (b), where: - (a) equals the total of the Monthly Minimum Premiums for the Policy from the Policy Date to that policy month; and - (b) equals the total premiums paid to date less all partial surrenders less any Cash Value paid to you to allow the Policy to continue to qualify as life insurance and less any Policy Loan Balance at that time.
