Minimum Premium Period definition

Minimum Premium Period. The Minimum Premium Period begins on the Policy Date and terminates on the policy anniversary at the end of policy year [5]. Timely payment of the Planned Periodic Premiums may not be adequate to guarantee that the policy will remain in force. If the policy does not remain in force there will be no Death Benefit or Cash Surrender Value.

Related to Minimum Premium Period

  • Minimum Period means the minimum period for the Service, the initial term of which is set out on the Front Sheet and which starts on the Service Start Date; the minimum period may be renewed on agreement between you and us from time to time for further minimum periods for the same length as, or different to, the initial term.

  • Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;

  • Maximum Premium has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(b).

  • Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.)

  • Prepayment Premium Period means the period during which, if a prepayment of principal occurs, a prepayment premium will be payable by Borrower to Lender. The Prepayment Premium Period is the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the first day of the Window Period.
