Minimum Performance Requirements definition

Minimum Performance Requirements shall have the meaning defined in section 5.6 hereof.

More Definitions of Minimum Performance Requirements

Minimum Performance Requirements means the all requirements listed in the Technical Specifications and Contract Documents particular to all aspects of the DSR Processing System, including but not limited to the throughput requirements, system availability requirements, recovery rate requirements and product quality and marketability requirements.
