Minimum Parking Ratio definition

Minimum Parking Ratio means and refer to a minimum ratio of at least the greater of (i) that required by law, (ii) one (1) car for every two hundred twenty-five (225) square feet of floor area in the Shopping Center including additional floor levels in the Shopping Center.
Minimum Parking Ratio. The minimum parking ratio shall be the greater of (a) as set forth in the ECR or (b) as required by applicable law.
Minimum Parking Ratio means 3.6 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of Premises RSF (rounded to the nearest integer), and the “Minimum Parking Allocation” shall mean the number of parking spaces required to satisfy the Minimum Parking Ratio (i.e., a total of approximately 1,011 parking spaces based on the Premises RSF set forth in Section 1.4). The “Additional Parking Ratio” shall mean 0.4 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of Premises RSF (rounded to the nearest integer) (i.e., a total of approximately 113 parking spaces based on the Premises RSF set forth in Section 1.4), and the “Additional Parking Allocation” shall mean the number of Garage B Spaces actually provided under clause (y) above (i.e., approximately 50 parking spaces based on the Premises RSF set forth in Section 1.4 and the capacity of Garage B set forth above, subject to final design and striping under Exhibit B). The “Total Parking Allocation” means, collectively, the Minimum Parking Allocation and the Additional Parking Allocation. The parties hereby acknowledge and agree that (A) Landlord has re-designed the first phase of Garage B to increase its capacity (by adding a partially below-grade parking level as shown on the Preliminary Plans) in order to accommodate Tenant’s request for a portion of the Additional Parking Allocation, and (B) the exact number of Additional Parking Allocation spaces may vary based on (1) the final Premises RSF for the final Building design (as adjusted, if applicable, under Paragraph 3.5(b) of Exhibit B) and (2) the final design and striping of Garage B and the surface spaces, all in accordance with Exhibit B.
