Minimum Overbid definition
Minimum Overbid shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.07(a)(v) hereof.

If no Qualified Bidder submits a bid in the amount of the Minimum Overbid Amount or higher, this Agreement will be submitted to the Court for approval in its current form.
