Minimum Offer Amount definition

Minimum Offer Amount means sufficient Existing Bonds, which are validly offered by an Existing Bondholder, such that the portion of the Exchange Consideration to be received by such Existing Bondholder in the form of a New Bonds Amount would be equal to or greater than U.S.$200,000.
