Minimum Off Time definition

Minimum Off Time means, for each Unit, the minimum time following Shutdown that the Unit must remain off line before initiation of the next Start-up. The Minimum Off Time for each Unit is shown in Section 11 of Schedule A.

Examples of Minimum Off Time in a sentence

  • If Owner has disputed a Dispatch Notice under Section 4.6 (i) (Minimum Load) (ii) (Minimum Run Time) (iii) (Minimum Off Time) (iv) (Start-up Lead Time and Ramping constraint), or (v) (Unit Availability Limit) and such dispute is not resolved prior to the time for delivery, Owner will use reasonable efforts to comply with the Dispatch Notice, but shall not be liable to CAISO if it is unable to do so and Owner prevails in the dispute.

  • If Owner has disputed a Dispatch Notice under Section 4.6 (i) (Minimum Load) (ii) (Minimum Run Time) (iii) (Minimum Off Time) (iv) (Start-up Lead Time and Ramping Constraint), or (v) (Unit Availability Limit) and such dispute is not resolved prior to the time for delivery, Owner will use reasonable efforts to comply with the Dispatch Notice, but shall not be liable to CAISO if it is unable to do so and Owner prevails in the dispute.

  • Minimum Off Time: definition amended to clarify the term in respect of Demand Side Units.

  • Each stage must meet its Minimum Off Time (adjustable) before it is allowed to energize and successive stages shall be subject to a Heating Stage Up Delay (adjustable).

  • Each stage shall meet its Minimum Off Time (adjustable) before it is allowed to energize and successive stages can energize if the SAT rises above the Active Supply Air Cooling Setpoint for the Cooling Stage Up Delay period (adj).

Related to Minimum Off Time

  • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Cut-Off Time / “Business Hours” means the day time for dealing in Units of the Fund. The current Cut-Off Timing/Business Hours are mentioned in Annexure “B” of this Offering Document.
