Minimum Net Purchases definition

Minimum Net Purchases means the minimum Net Purchases (as hereinafter defined) EXW value (EDC) of Products as per ICC Incoterms (2000 Edition) that THE PURCHASER commits to attain each Commercial Year with ESTABLISHMENT, as indicated in Article 9 hereof.

  • The Minimum Net Purchases indicated for each year shall be divided by four to control progress during each quarter.
