Minimum Net Equity definition

Minimum Net Equity means the amount by which the total assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the Isolator Division exceed the total liabilities of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the Isolator Division, provided that for this purpose the term "total liabilities" shall not include short term borrowings, current portion of long term debt, long term debt and income taxes payable.
