Minimum Monthly Volume definition

Minimum Monthly Volume means Xxxxxxx's daily Volume Commitment multiplied by the number of days in the subject Contract Month. The total volume credited toward the Minimum Monthly Volume shall be comprised of the volume of Products shipped by Shipper from an Origin Point to the Expansion Tariff Delivery Point. The Minimum Monthly Volume shall be subject to adjustment as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.
