Minimum LS Fees definition

Minimum LS Fees means the minimum amount of LS Fees for each Reset Period as set forth or described in the License Subscription Order Form for Subscriber’s LS Program.

Related to Minimum LS Fees

  • Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.)

  • Minimum Disbursement Amount means Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000).

  • Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;

  • Minimum Payment Due means the least payment amount, specified in the “Statement of Account”, required to be paid by the “Principal Cardholder” on or before the “Payment Due Date” in order to keep the “Card Account” active. “Past Due Amount” from previous “Billing Cycle” will form part of the “Minimum Payment Due”.

  • Minimum Liquidity has the meaning given in Clause 11.19;
