  • Accuray will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate Purchase Orders from AS&E requesting delivery of Products with less than the Minimum Lead Time, provided, however, that Accuray shall have no liability for its failure to deliver Products in advance of the Minimum Lead Time and AS&E shall reimburse Accuray for the amount of any reasonable, documented additional costs incurred in order to accommodate the shorter Lead Time.

  • If Accuray requires additional Lead Time in excess of the Minimum Lead Time to fulfill a Purchase Order, Accuray will advise AS&E of the additional Lead Time required prior to issuing a Quote in accordance with Section 2.4 below or as soon as reasonably practicable following discovery of the delay.

More Definitions of Minimum Lead Time

Minimum Lead Time means, in respect of any Product, the minimum period between receipt by Instem of a Purchase Order for that Product and the date on which that Product may be delivered to Thales, as specified in Schedule 8, or as agreed in writing between the Parties

For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

The LDA CETL may be adjusted pro rata for the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. Minimum Generation Emergency:

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Minimum Sale Price means, with respect to any Aircraft or the Equipment Notes issued in respect of such Aircraft, at any time, in the case of the sale of an Aircraft, 75%, or in the case of the sale of related Equipment Notes, 85%, of the Appraised Current Market Value of such Aircraft.

  • Minimum Takedown Threshold shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.4.
