Minimum Invoice Charge definition

Minimum Invoice Charge means the minimum invoice charge for the Goods as set out in the Seller’s price list in force from time to time;
Minimum Invoice Charge means the minimum invoice charge as set out in the seller’s price list in force at the date of the purchaser’s order.

Related to Minimum Invoice Charge

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the maximum amount which is payable during such period for interest on, and original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable during such period in respect of any Disqualified Stock.

  • Invoice Due Date means, with respect to a Quarterly Payment Cycle, the tenth (10th) day of the month immediately succeeding the conclusion of a Quarterly Period contained within such Quarterly Payment Cycle, consistent with Section 3.4.
