Minimum DSCR Threshold definition

Minimum DSCR Threshold with respect to any Calculation Date, a Debt Service Coverage Ratio of 1.05:1 or greater.
Minimum DSCR Threshold means a Debt Service Coverage Ratio of 1.05 to 1.00 for measurement made at the end of any Calendar Quarter.
