Minimum Documentation definition
Minimum Documentation means, with respect to a Loan secured by any real estate Collateral, (i) a statement or estimation by Seller as to the assessed value of the related mortgaged property, and (ii) copies of any title search or report which may have been prepared by an attorney or title company relating to the mortgaged property.
Minimum Documentation means, with respect to a Loan secured by real estate Collateral, (i) a certification of Seller as to the assessed value of the related mortgaged property (which certification shall be based on a tax assessment dated no later than 9 months before the Closing Date on which such Loan first purchased by Buyer), (ii) a completed environmental questionnaire in the form prescribed by Seller and acceptable to Buyer, and (iii) copies of any title search or report prepared by an attorney or title company relating to the mortgaged property.
Minimum Documentation has the meaning specified in Schedule 2.
Examples of Minimum Documentation in a sentence
The Partner Counterparty shall cause the Seller to provide the IRS and the Buyer, as applicable, with any additional information or registration required by the IRS under Section 6418(g)(1) of the Code as a condition to, and prior to, any transfer of the Transferred Tax Credits for the purpose of preventing duplication, fraud, improper payments or excessive payments, including such Minimum Documentation required pursuant to Treasury Regulations Section 1.6418-2(b)(5)(iv).
