Minimum Days and Hours definition

Minimum Days and Hours means seven (7) days per week, excluding legal holidays, at least eight (8) hours per day.
Minimum Days and Hours means Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Tenant will continue to operate the Permitted Use in the Premises to the extent reasonably practicable during any period of reconstruction, alteration, or repair of the Premises, Common Areas, and/or the Building.
Minimum Days and Hours means Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, from 7:00 a.m. to 32:00 p.m. daily.

Examples of Minimum Days and Hours in a sentence

  • Minimum Days and Hours Open for Business: 9:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to Section 6.

  • Additionally, the Minimum Days and Hours shall not apply to the following legal holidays: New Year’s Day, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇.

  • The Minimum Days and Hours shall not apply during the following: (i) periodic remodeling and repair of the effected portion of the Premises for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days during the Term or Extension Term, if any, of this Agreement; (ii) the occurrence of Force Majeure events as defined in Section 18.15, below; and (iii) any time when Concessionaire is prevented from operating by adverse weather.

  • Tenant will not have access to or use of the Building, Common Areas, or Premises except during the hours that the Building is open to the public and during Minimum Days and Hours.

  • Concessionaire shall make City-owned wheelchairs available for public use at the Premises during the Minimum Days and Hours pursuant to Section 4.6.2 of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding any language to the contrary in this paragraph, Concessionaire recognizes and agrees that City is under no obligation to approve any change in the Minimum Days and Hours.

  • In the event that Concessionaire desires after the Commencement Date to modify the Minimum Days and Hours, Concessionaire shall submit to City a written proposal detailing the proposed new Minimum Days and Hours along with any explanation therefore.

  • During the Term, Concessionaire agrees to remain continuously open for business to the public as follows: These hours shall be referred to as the “Minimum Days and Hours.” The Minimum Days and Hours may be changed by written agreement between Concessionaire and City from time to time.
