Minimum Days and Hours Open for Business: 9:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to Section 6.

Concessionaire shall make City-owned wheelchairs available for public use at the Premises during the Minimum Days and Hours pursuant to Section 4.6.2 of this Agreement.
Notwithstanding any language to the contrary in this paragraph, Concessionaire recognizes and agrees that City is under no obligation to approve any change in the Minimum Days and Hours.
In the event that Concessionaire desires after the Commencement Date to modify the Minimum Days and Hours, Concessionaire shall submit to City a written proposal detailing the proposed new Minimum Days and Hours along with any explanation therefore.
During the Term, Concessionaire agrees to remain continuously open for business to the public as follows: These hours shall be referred to as the “Minimum Days and Hours.” The Minimum Days and Hours may be changed by written agreement between Concessionaire and City from time to time.
