Minimum data requirements definition

Minimum data requirements or "MDRs" means the minimum amount of toxicity data required under subsection (c) to develop a valid site-specific aquatic life criterion using the recalculation procedure. The initial MDRs for the recalculation procedure are listed in subsection (c).
