Stockholder and UTSI further agree that the actual damages suffered by UTSI in such circumstances, as a consequence of such breach by Stockholder, may exceed the Minimum Damages Amount and such amount shall in no way limit the amount of additional damages that UTSI may seek or recover hereunder.
