Minimum Custody definition

Minimum Custody means that Custody Level appropriate to an Inmate who is classified as eligible to be assigned to the Detention Facility and is eligible to be assigned to the least secure housing in the Detention Facility, but may not work outside of the Detention Facility's area.
Minimum Custody means the custody level given to an inmate who resides in minimum security facilities as defined in DOC 302.

Examples of Minimum Custody in a sentence

  • Misdemeanor offenders shall be admitted with an assigned Custody designation of Minimum Custody Level One.

  • If the criminal conviction is not apparent or is unknown and the committing venue is District Court, the classification shall be Minimum Custody Level One.

  • Sex offenders that meet the criteria for promotion to Minimum Custody Level Three and are within 24 months of a projected release date may be considered for participation in work release.

  • Criminal Aliens, who are Minimum Custody and have an Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) detainer, may work outside the complex perimeter on facility grounds under direct supervision only.

  • The General Population custodies include IN (Intake- Reception and Evaluation Status); MR (Minimum Restricted); MI (Minimum Custody); and ME (Medium Custody).

  • Confinement in Response to Violation (90C) and Three Month Reimprisonment (PR3) offenders will be assigned to Minimum Custody Level One upon admission and will not receive a review of their assigned custody classification level unless it is event-driven.

  • They shall remain in Minimum Custody Level One for the duration of their term unless a specific event warrants a waiver of this rule.

  • The tailings dam will have a final capacity of 2.21 million m3 of tailings, sufficient for storage of the Cerro Moro Mineral Reserves.

  • Except those committed for Pre-Sentence Diagnostic Evaluation, Safekeepers (Pre-trial Detainees), Confinement in Response to Violation (90C), Three Month Reimprisonment (PR3), Death Row, Felons assigned to Minimum Custody Level Three, Interstate Corrections Compact (ICC) and Misdemeanants, offenders incarcerated within the Division of Prisons should be regularly reviewed by classification authorities.

  • Safekeeper and Pre-sentence Diagnostic admissions will be admitted with custody classification levels of Medium or Minimum Custody Level One, depending upon whether the apparent offense leading to commitment is a felony or a misdemeanor, or, where the criminal conviction is not apparent or is unknown, whether the committing venue is Superior Court or District Court.

  • Minimum Collateral Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to Cash Collateral consisting of cash or deposit account balances provided to reduce or eliminate Fronting Exposure during any period when a Lender constitutes a Defaulting Lender, an amount equal to 105% of the Fronting Exposure of the L/C Issuer with respect to Letters of Credit issued and outstanding at such time, (b) with respect to Cash Collateral consisting of cash or deposit account balances provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(a)(i), (a)(ii) or (a)(iii), an amount equal to 105% of the Outstanding Amount of all L/C Obligations, and (c) otherwise, an amount determined by the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer in their sole discretion.

  • Minimum Condition has the meaning set forth in Annex I.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Extension Minimum Condition means a condition to consummating any Extension that a minimum amount (to be determined and specified in the relevant Extension Request, in the Borrower’s sole discretion) of any or all applicable Classes be submitted for Extension.

  • Minimum Commitment means any minimum commitment of time and usage for use of the Services by You during the Term of this Agreement.

  • authorized control level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;

  • Maximum Collateral Amount The sum of the Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date of the Initial Mortgage Loans and the Original Pre-Funded Amount.

  • Minimum Liquidity Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Required Deposit Rating A rating on short-term unsecured debt obligations of P-1 by Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. and A-2 by S&P Global Ratings. Any requirement that short-term unsecured debt obligations have the “Required Deposit Rating” shall mean that such short-term unsecured debt obligations have the foregoing required ratings from each of such applicable rating agencies.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Minimum Purchase Amount means an amount that would be sufficient to (i) reduce the Outstanding Amount of each class of Notes on such Distribution Date to zero and (ii) pay to the respective Noteholders the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount payable on such Distribution Date.

  • Minimum Capital Requirement means the Minimum Capital Requirement, the minimum group Solvency Capital Requirement or other minimum capital requirements (as applicable) referred to in the Relevant Rules;

  • Minimum capital or "minimum required capital" means the capital that must be constantly maintained by a stock insurance corporation as required by statute.

  • Minimum Contract Value means 10% of the Maximum Contract Value.

  • Applicable Program means a domestic, international or foreign RPS, renewable energy, emissions reduction or Product Reporting Rights program, scheme or organization, adopted by a Governmental Authority or otherwise, or other similar program with respect to which exists a market, registry or reporting for particular Environmental Attributes. An Applicable Program includes any legislation or regulation concerned with renewable energy, oxides of nitrogen, sulfur, or carbon, with particulate matter, soot, or mercury, or implementing the UNFCCC or crediting “early action” with a view thereto, or laws or regulations involving or administered by an Administrator, or under any present or future domestic, international or foreign RECs, Products, Environmental Attributes or emissions trading program. Applicable Programs do not include legislation providing for production tax credits or other direct third-party subsidies for generation by a Renewable Energy Source.

  • Minimum Balance Requirements You must maintain a minimum daily balance of $2,000.00 in your Money Market Savings account to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. We impose a monthly maintenance fee if the balance falls below $500 any day of the month. Basic Checking Account Rate Information: This account does not pay interest.

  • Available Amount of any Letter of Credit means, at any time, the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit at such time (assuming compliance at such time with all conditions to drawing).

  • Minimum Balance means, at any time, an amount that equals the product of: (a) the average Borrowing Base (or, if less on any given day, the Revolving Loan Commitment) during the immediately preceding month multiplied by (b) the Minimum Balance Percentage for such month.

  • Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).

  • Minimum Exercise Amount means the Minimum Exercise Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Excess Collateral Amount means, at any time, the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the Collateral Amount, and (ii) the Principal Accumulation Account Balance, over (b) the Note Principal Balance.

  • Minimum Liquidity means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate unused amount of the Commitments as of such date and (b) unrestricted cash of the Loan Parties as of such date.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Principal Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, (i) if such Due Period is in [the Accumulation Period for the Class A( - ) Notes, the Accumulation Amount], (ii) if such day is on or after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Class A( - ) Adverse Event, the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class A( - ) Notes, and (iii) in all other circumstances, zero.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.
