Minimum Control Measures (MCM) definition

Minimum Control Measures (MCM) means the six categories required by DEP and EPA, as may be amended from time to time, to be addressed in municipal stormwater management programs, specifically: public education and outreach; public participation/involvement; illicit discharge detection and elimination; construction site runoff control; post-construction runoff control; and pollution prevention/good housekeeping.
