Minimum Contract Quantity (MCQ) definition
Minimum Contract Quantity (MCQ) means the quantity of Natural Gas further defined in Article 4.4, not less of which the BUYER shall take and pay for, or pay for if made available but not taken at the Delivery Point during the Delivery Period.
