Except as otherwise provided in an applicable Service Order, Customer is obligated to meet the Minimum Commitment Fees.
Rates as specified in Service Orders are subject to Customer’s fulfillment of the Initial Subscription Term and the Minimum Commitment Fees (if any Minimum Commitment Fees are specified) under the applicable Service Order.
