Minimum Bonus definition

Minimum Bonus means, with respect to a fiscal year, $200,000.
Minimum Bonus means zero bonus. A Participant may earn an Actual Bonus Value of zero (-0-), but the Actual Bonus Value cannot be negative.
Minimum Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b).

Examples of Minimum Bonus in a sentence

  • Executive shall receive a payment in an amount (the "Minimum Bonus Payment") equal to fifty percent (50%) of Executive's "Target Bonus" for the year in which Executive's termination date occurs.

  • The Minimum Bonus Payment shall be paid in a lump sum within five (5) business days after the conclusion of the transition period (or after the termination date if there is no transition period requested by the Company) without regard to the actual satisfaction of any performance criteria.

  • If you are terminated by NSC without Cause prior to the end of the Term, NSC will pay you (i) an amount equal to the greater of (a) the amount of the base salary remaining to be paid during the Term, or (b) one year of continued base salary (payable in the same manner as regular salary), measured by your base salary in effect on the date of your termination and (ii) the Guaranteed Minimum Bonus payment(s) (as provided for in paragraph 4) for the balance of the Term.

  • If the Executive or the Company, as the case may be, fails to satisfy the performance criteria contained in such Bonus Policy for a fiscal year, the Compensation Committee may determine whether any Incentive Bonus shall be payable to the Executive for that year other than the Minimum Bonus, subject to ratification by the Board, if required.

  • Executive shall receive an annual bonus in accordance with a Company Bonus Plan adopted by the Board, provided, however, that the annual bonus in any given year shall be no less than ten (10%) of Executive's Base Salary with respect to such year (the "Minimum Bonus").

  • Further, your spouse, if any, shall receive the Guaranteed Minimum Bonus due with respect to the year of your death under paragraph 4 above.


More Definitions of Minimum Bonus

Minimum Bonus means, with respect to a fiscal year, $750,000; provided, however, in the event the Executive relinquishes his position as Chief Executive Officer but offers to remain employed as Chairman of the Board of the Company pursuant to Section 7(c) of this Agreement, there shall be no Minimum Bonus, but the Board shall retain its discretion to award Annual Bonus Compensation pursuant to Section 4(c) of the Agreement.
Minimum Bonus means the bonus amount available to a Specified Participant or Participant Group, as applicable, for a Plan Year upon attainment of minimum Performance Levels.
Minimum Bonus means the bonus payable under a three (3) year Savings Contract;
